Since buying my car from you in 2009, I have had a couple of reasons for bringing my car in for minor issues. Each time I have brought my car in, your staff have been very welcoming, friendly and always willing to help without any hesitation. To name some particular staff, on one occasion Richard stayed after hours to accomodate me picking my car up. David, Fraser and Lucy have always helped and advised where ever possible and you have always strived to give me the best help advice and deals.

Staff have always offered courtesy cars or been willing to drop me off and pick me up. This is above any service iI would expect and is extremely helpful. The problems with my car have been fixed even though I had not arranged an appointment and I have always been kept up to date with any issues and progress.

 We live in north Warickshire and had been looking for a new tow car with Hyundai Santa Fe on the list. We called in prior to going o the KC to see if you had one for sale. We had just started to look at the Santa Fe when carl came out to see if we wanted any help. I said that we were just looking but would like a test drive.

Within minutes we were on the Clive Sullivan way trying it out . I was so impressed with the vehicle and the attention shown by Carl that I signed up to buy on returning from the test drive.

After the excellent sales and after care my wife recieved when buying her i10, i wanted to look at Minstergate. After visiting numerous dealerships in the area in the quest to purchase a new small car, and receiving less than a positive reaction from most, we were almost ready to call it a day. I have to admit it was only a last minute decision to call and see what you had to offer as we had not considered Hyundai before. Only being interested in buying a small car most of the other dealerships seemed less interested but I have to say what a positive experience we had dealing with you. We were treated as if we were interested in buying the top of the range instead of the bottom. In particular Dave Chester was just excellent, nothing appeared to be too much trouble and he explained everything thoroughly. We especially appreciated the fact that we were allowed to test drive the vehicle ourselves without the presence of a third party, which made decision making much easier as we felt we were able to talk freely between ourselves while assessing the vehicle. We are extremely happy with our i10 purchase, made all the better by the service we received and would not hesitate to recommend both the brand and the dealership to other people.
